| Copy Geometry |
Copies the selected record's geometry to another layer
|
| Inclusion/Exclusion |
Allows the geometry of the selected feature to be used as an inclusion or exclusion filter, requires write access to the selected layer

| Measure On |
Allows the selected feature to be measured, will toggle to measure off after the feature is measured
|

Displays the complete list of fields available for the selected layer
|
| View in Google Earth™ |
Displays an integrated 3D view of properties in Google Earth™ in a separate window. The property boundary line of a parcel that you identify in GovClarity™ displays in the Google Earth™ 3D environment.

| Buffer / Notification |
Creates a buffer around a property, linear feature (sewer line), custom boundary (city block), etc. to notify residents of a proposed change, construction, upcoming event, etc.

Displays a printable Transaction History Report

| Bird's Eye |
Opens a bird's eye view of the selected record in a separate window

Adds the selected record to the results list for the layer

| Show More Records |
Adds more records associated with the property to the results list

| Full Property Details |
Displays a printable report of the full property details

| Owner Entity Lookup |
Selecting this option takes you to the website: www.CorporationWiki.com which provides Owner information from the Secretary of State

| Seller Entity Lookup |
Selecting this option takes you to the website: www.CorporationWiki.com which provides Seller information from the Secretary of State

| Add Single Address |
Adds one Custom Address (e.g., City Supplemental Address) and includes the information in the address database
|
| Add Repeating Addresses |
Adds multiple Custom Addresses at specific locations, and includes the information about each address in the address database
|
| Add Address Group |
Adds a group of Custom Addresses without specifying each address or unit location, and includes the information about the group in the address database
|
| Edit Attributes |
Allows changes to the balloon attributes for the markup layer
|
| Edit Geometry |
Allows the geometry of the selected feature to be edited, requires write access to the selected layer

| Update Zoning |
Updates a zone at the local government level
|
| Tax Maps |
Displays a printable tax map in pdf format
